Law 9 Ball In and Out of Play
This law is vey simple. In soccer, the ball has to COMPLETELY cross a touchline or goalline to be out of play (or a scored goal).
That means that if you were to look over the top of the ball and can't completely see ALL of the line, it is still in play.
